The secret to losing weight may be timing. "USA Today" fitness columnist Jorge Cruise says you can lose two pounds a week by controlling not just how much you eat, but when you eat it. A meal every three hours, he says. But perhaps most encouraging to dieters, Cruise says, is that you can literally eat almost any kind of food you want.
