When he was a boy, Paul Orfalea's parents were told not to expect much from him. Paul was hyperactive, dyslexic, bad-tempered, and mistrustful. He was in the principal's office more than he was in class. But Paul Orfalea not only didn't fail, he made everybody eat their words -- he's the founder of the company whose name came from one of his college nicknames: Kinko's. He tells his story in the book Copy This!
